Inspectors claim a site from their task list. The system locks the assignment to prevent duplicate inspections. For each checklist item, an inspector uploads site photos. AI suggests hazard descriptions, severity, inspection references and corrective actions for review and completion.
A visit with no hazards can also be recorded, so a clear inspection is distinguishable from a site that has not been checked.
Review findings with experts
Experts can view the photos and inspection details together. They can approve findings or revise descriptions and classifications before the remediation process continues. This combines AI-assisted initial screening with human judgment.
Verify remediation
After corrective work, reinspection tasks guide inspectors back to the site. Before-and-after photos support verification. Inspectors record whether the issue is resolved, maintaining a traceable history from discovery through follow-up.
Keep a register and generate reports
All findings and inspection records feed a shared register, searchable by region, business, task and remediation status. Teams can export Excel records for analysis and generate AI-assisted Word reports summarizing completion, hazard distribution and remediation outcomes.
